Runners and Volunteer Officials needed!!!
All athletes need to take note of the details below. In addition we need volunteers to act as officials, lap scorers, marshalls, and also oversee the drinks table. Please contact Bridget or Andy if you can help ASAP. Free refreshments will be available to all volunteers!!!
Venue – NSC roadway and Manx Harriers Clubhouse.
Registration will take place on the day from 8.45am for the walk and run. Entry is on the day only and is first come first served! Please note that run registration will close at 10.15am – one hour prior to the start of the race – do not be late!
9.30am – The 10km walk will start along with junior events as this walk will also double up as a Winter Walks League event. Walks League numbers can be worn. New walkers who have not competed in the league can pay to enter on the day for the Murray Lambden Walk.
10.15am – Registration Closes for the run.
11.15am – Run starts. The run is a 10km only event, no other distances will take place.
12.30pm or as soon as possible after this time the presentation will take place.
Refreshments will be available on the day so please stay for the presentation of prizes and a cuppa and a chat!!!
Cost of Entry –
Manx Harriers members – £7
Members of other clubs – £8
Unattached runners – £12
Please note that for the run there is a maximum entry of 60 runners allowed.
