Manx Harriers 10k Race Walking Champs take place on the NSC roadway on Sunday 24th March at 10am.
Sign on at Manx Harriers clubhouse form 9.15. Enter on day of race
Entry fee, £10 for unattached athletes, £8 for other club members £6 for Manx Harriers and £3 for juniors.
The races will be – 10km u17 and above,
Plus supporting races over 5k, 3k, 2k and 1k for juniors depending on age .
Club vests to be worn to qualify for championships , and knees clearly visible please.
Entry standard for 10k walk is 80 mins.
