Race 1 of 5 in the traditional winter series of race walks sponsored by Up and Running takes place on Sunday 25th October 2020 at the N.S.C.
Sign on for the 1st event is at the Manx Harriers Clubhouse from 8.30am till 9.15am.
Race distances for all age groups – Open 10km and 5km races and all Junior age group distances catered for and all are welcome.
Entry fees are £2 for juniors £5 for Manx Harriers club members. £6 all other athletic club members and £8 for non athletic club walkers.
The first event is on the traffic free perimeter roadway on the N.S.C. 
The 3 best races of 5 to count for prizes.
