The Isle of Man race walking senior 10km Championships and younger age group Championships were held on 20 March 2016 at the National Sports Centre perimeter roadway in Douglas, Isle of Man in fine still conditions. A number of lifetime bests were recorded.
Adam Cowin took the title for the host club Manx Harriers from Tom Partington, while the fast improving Erika Kelly from Northern AC took the ladies title.
