Robyn Wales, Racewalking Coach from Gold Coast City, Queensland, Australia where 2018 Commonwealth Games will be held will be leading a coaching session at the NSC on Wednesday 25th May at 5.30pm.
The session will primarily be aimed at juniors, novices and intermediates but all are welcome.
Afterwards in Manx Harriers Clubhouse there will be a chance to chat to Robyn who will be delighted to share her views on Commonwealth Games, technique, WADA and the World Team Championships in Rome where she was spectating.

She was Australian Masters 50 champion in 2003 over 1500m and 5000m but stopped to look after her husband in his final illness.
She has been coaching groups on the Gold Coast since 2008 with success at Regional, State and National level. She usually sends them to Dave (Fat Ghandi) Smith if they look like going on to International level.
Her main focus is promoting race walking and assisting young and mature aged people achieve their goals.
