Lancashire Cross Country Championships Saturday 10th January
Firstly I hope you had a great Christmas and have a
fantastic New Year!!!
On Saturday 10th. Jan. Check in at Ronaldsway at 06.00.
The times of travel and arrival are listed below for the day trip and the stop
over.

On the day you will need to have the following :- 1. PHOTOGRAPHIC ID - without this you will not get on the plane!! 2. Manx Harriers Kit including pins. Be prepared for spikes to go in the hold. 3. A change of clothing - include warm clothing/Coat. 4. Towel - there are showers at the venue which you may wish to use. 5. Money to buy food and drink/snacks. 6. Perhaps a packed lunch if you prefer. Middle Distance Training Every Wednesday evening at the NSC. Meet track side at 6pm for a 6.15pm start & finish around 7.45 pm. Track fees payable for non NSC members (£3.50 seniors & £1.50 under 18's) plus £1 per athlete per session to be donated to the IOM AA fund for Aaland 2009.
